Margot de La Fage

Margot de La Fage has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Margot began their career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the Food & Beverage department at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme. In 2009, they joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for a rotation program in the Rooms division department at Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris. In 2010, they were an Assistant to the Director of the Verbier Festival Academy at Fondation du Festival et Academie de Verbier. The following year, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an EMEA Sales, Meetings & Events. In 2012, they worked as a Davos World Economic Forum (WEF) Event Coordinator at PublicisLive and also held roles as a Private Client Relations & Events - Benelux & Nordics and Junior Event Coordinator - France at Louis Vuitton. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Global Client Engagement Manager and Global Clienteling & CRM Project Manager at BALENCIAGA. Most recently, they were appointed as the Head of Customer Experience at Plum.

Margot de La Fage completed a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from EHL between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Saint Louis de Gonzague, Paris, from 2000 to 2007 and earned a Baccalauréat Scientifique.
