Maciej Skrzos

Maciej Skrzos has worked for several companies since 2010. Maciej began their career at Bilander Group as a Software Developer - Business Intelligence. In 2011, they participated in a Master thesis programme at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company. Maciej then worked as a Software Developer - Business Intelligence at Hempel A/S from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at BEST SA Capital Group as a Chief Innovation Officer, Data Analytics Delivery Manager, and Team Leader. In 2017, they co-founded High Wheel Software, acting as a delivery supervisor/account manager. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Strategic Advisor at Payhelp. Since 2019, they have been a Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems and, since 2021, they have been Chief Technology Officer at PlumResearch.

Maciej Skrzos obtained an MSc in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology between 2007 and 2012. In 2013, they obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation certification. In 2014, they obtained a MCSA: SQL Server 2012 certification from Microsoft. In 2015, they obtained a 70-466 Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server certification from Microsoft. In 2019, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
