Elaine Brazil

Elaine Brazil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elaine most recently worked at PocketHealth as a Technical Support Specialist starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they had a role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English - Portuguese) at TTEC from February 2022 to November 2022.

Elaine also has experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked as an Assembler at JKW Thermal Ltd. from April 2018 to February 2022.

In the software testing field, they worked as a Test Analyst at Pontomobi from April 2016 to January 2017, where they tracked defects using JIRA and Mantis, provided developers with steps to reproduce software defects, and performed mobile platform and browser testing.

Elaine has previous experience as an IT Analyst and Support Analyst. As an IT Analyst at Plantar from September 2010 to January 2016, they served as an intermediary between the business and IT teams, provided deployment and support for an ERP system, created and maintained reports, and worked closely with financial and accounting users. Additionally, Elaine worked as a Test Analyst at Weblife Studios from April 2005 to January 2007, where they performed software testing. Elaine also had IT support roles at Belgo Mineira Sistemas from November 2004 to April 2005 and at Amphora from November 1997 to March 2004.

Elaine Brazil pursued their education in the field of Information Systems. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems specializing in Information Technology. Following this, they enrolled at the University Newton Paiva from 2011 to 2015, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, focusing on TI (Technology of Information).
