Erin Amundson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erin started their career as a Keyholder at Kiehl's Since 1851, where they excelled in building and maintaining customer accounts. Erin then worked as an Intern at Designers Library, assisting designers in choosing appropriate fabrics for their projects.

After that, they joined Red Robin as a Shift Leader, where they managed staff, monitored sales, and ensured smooth operations. Erin then transitioned to Eden Textile, first as a Manufacturing Coordinator, where they coordinated production and managed project specifications, and later as a Senior Sales Coordinator, where they assisted the sales team and produced sales tools.

Following their time at Eden Textile, Erin joined Certified Tracking Solutions as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, they focused on process improvement and streamlining efficiencies for the sales and support teams. Erin also developed workflow automation and reporting dashboards to monitor activity and identify areas of opportunity. Eventually, they were promoted to Sales Operations Manager, where they led a team responsible for reviewing contracts, scheduling installations, and managing billing.

Currently, Erin is working at Pocketpills as a Revenue Operations Manager. Erin'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing revenue operations and ensuring effective processes are in place.

Erin Amundson attended the University of Alberta from 2010 to 2015, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Human Ecology. In 2017, they obtained the Standard Child Care First Aid CPR/AED Level B certification from the Canadian Red Cross.
