Nicole Donadio

Nicole Donadio has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicole most recently served as the Head of Implementation and Partner Operations at Podium Education starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at 2U for several roles and years. Nicole served as the Senior Director of University Services from January 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they held positions such as Director of New Program Implementation and Senior Manager of New Program Implementation. Additionally, they worked as the Operations Manager for Syracuse University from March 2016 to March 2017.

Nicole also gained experience at TrackMaven, where they worked as a Senior Customer Success Maven from November 2015 to March 2016. Earlier in their career, they started at 2U as an intern in January 2010 and gradually moved up to roles such as Faculty Support Coordinator and Student Support Manager for Syracuse University.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated proficiency in various areas including implementation, partner operations, university services, program implementation, customer success, support management, and faculty coordination.

Nicole Donadio has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Syracuse University. Nicole obtained this degree from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
