Kathy Rose

Kathy Rose is a seasoned professional in vehicle electronics, software validation, and quality with extensive experience in leading teams and managing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Vehicle Electronics and Software Validation & Quality at Polaris Inc. since 2019, Kathy oversees validation for connected systems and autonomous/ADAS systems while developing strategic roadmaps. Previously, in various senior management roles at General Motors from 2003 to 2019, Kathy managed large laboratory operations, led cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements, notably increasing team size and enhancing operational efficiency. Kathy holds a Master of Science in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
