Rosa Brandon

Rosa Brandon is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) and proposal development, currently serving as the MEAL and Proposal Development Coordinator at Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) since 2023. Prior to this role, Rosa held the position of MEL Specialist at SEED Madagascar from 2022 to 2023 and worked as a Programme Quality Officer at Oxfam Ireland from 2019 to 2022. Rosa's earlier roles include Research Collaborator at NIRAS-LTS International in 2018, and Researcher positions at Ipsos MORI and GEN - Global Ecovillage Network during 2017-2018. Rosa holds an MSc in Environment and Development from The University of Edinburgh, a BA Hons from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor's degree in Geosciences from Monash University.
