Al Frost

Al Frost is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Development at Polo Custom Products, Inc., Al Frost leads strategic initiatives across the company. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Director of HR at CoreFirst Bank & Trust, President and Owner of OE Vision Works, and various leadership positions at Payless ShoeSource, HD Supply, Home Depot, Delta Airlines, and Anheuser-Busch. Al Frost holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and an MA in the same field from Radford University.
