Karishma Shah

Karishma Shah has extensive work experience in the field of corporate communications and public relations. Karishma is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Polycab India Limited since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager in Communications and Corporate Marketing at Pidilite Industries from October 2013 to June 2021. Before joining Pidilite Industries, Karishma worked as a Deputy Manager at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from May 2011 to September 2013. Karishma also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick from July 2010 to April 2011. Karishma's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Hanmer MS&L from April 2007 to April 2010, as a Senior Account Executive at Vaishnavi Corporate Communications from September 2005 to March 2007, as a Management Associate at IPAN from March 2004 to August 2005, and as a Management Trainee at Paradigm Shift from September 2003 to February 2004.

Karishma Shah has a diverse education history. Karishma obtained a Post Graduate Certification in Digital Marketing from MICA | The School of Ideas in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute for Distance Learning (SCDL) from 2008-2011. Karishma also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Welinkars Institute of Management, completed in 2006-2007. Karishma attended St Columba School for their primary education, and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Mass Media in Advertising from Wilson College, Mumbai.
