Manuel Fink

Manuel Fink joined the Adecco Group in 2000 and since 2018 he has been responsible for Pontoon Germany. The focus of his career to date has been on HR services, BPO, outsourcing and Master Vendor delivery. Manuel has extensive experience in change management and in building strategic business relationships in joint venture models. Manuel is passionate about customer development and job specific qualification, so much so that he founded an academy in 2010.
