Chelsea Bartling

Chelsea Bartling currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for Foodservice at poppi, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Chelsea held various senior leadership positions at Oatly from January 2020 to April 2024, including Senior Director of Out of Home for the Western Region, where responsibilities included managing forecasting and revenue targets and leading a team of six. Additional positions at Oatly included Senior Director and Director of Foodservice, where Chelsea launched partnerships and managed teams to enhance sales performance. Previous experience includes roles at Rishi Tea & Botanicals, Takeda, Sysco, and various positions during academic tenure at the University of Dayton, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Organizational Leadership and Marketing.
