Brandy Holloman

Brandy Holloman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brandy started their career in 1996 as the Owner, Manager, and Coach at Princeton Performance, where they built and managed a fitness and training business. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Health and Nutrition Educator for the State of Florida, providing counseling on diet, meal planning, and healthy lifestyle choices.

In 2005, Brandy became the Youth Programs Manager at NAF 15th SVS, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling employees and developing creative programs. Brandy then joined the State of TX as a Public Health Services Coordinator in 2006, where they conducted patient analysis, counseling, and delivered classes on various health topics.

Brandy transitioned to the State of FL in 2009 as a Public Health Services Manager, overseeing and training employees on STD testing and treatments, CDC protocols, and budget management. Brandy also conducted counseling, outbreak response, and quality improvement initiatives.

In 2011, Brandy returned to entrepreneurship as the Owner, Manager, and Coach at Trilogy Performance Sports, where they managed all aspects of the business and developed wellness programs for local businesses and community events.

From 2013 to 2018, Brandy worked for the State of KY as a Public Health Services Manager, providing training, counseling, and program management for STD/STI services. Brandy also managed budgets and suggested quality improvements for community health clinics and programs.

For the past few years, Brandy has worked at Staff Management | SMX, first as an Account Manager responsible for staffing and employee operations at manufacturing plants and distribution centers. Brandy then moved on to become the Solutions Deployment Group Manager, leading cross-functional teams and driving sustainable improvements in performance.

Most recently, Brandy joined Porter Road in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager, where they oversee employee recruitment, talent management, and career development.

Throughout their career, Brandy has developed strong skills in employee management, program development, training, counseling, and strategic leadership.

Brandy Holloman attended Murray State University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they attended the University of Kentucky, but there is no information on the degree or field of study they pursued during that time. Additionally, Brandy obtained an OSHA 10 Certification, although no start or end year is specified for this certification.
