Morshed Chowdhury has extensive experience in the fast food industry, particularly in operations management. Morshed started their career at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they served as a Team Director and was responsible for over 65-75 restaurants. Morshed created a clear vision for the team and focused on identifying, training, and developing talent from within.
After their tenure at Chipotle, Chowdhury joined MOD Pizza as a District Manager, overseeing operations in 8-12 stores. Morshed then progressed to become a Regional Director of Operations, leading over 67 store operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, they aimed to create an inclusive culture that empowered and inspired the squad members to achieve high standards and drive growth.
Most recently, Chowdhury joined Potbelly Sandwich Works as the Regional Director of Operations. Morshed managed a large number of shops across different states and supervised a team of direct reports and associates. One of their achievements in this role was attaining the lowest turnover for general managers and hourly associates in the system.
