Wes Hunter

Wes Hunter, MA, R.Ph. has significant experience in the pharmacy field, holding various roles throughout their career. Wes started at Children's Hospital Colorado in 1990 as a Pharmacy Supervisor before transitioning to HealthSouth as a Pharmacy Manager in 1993. Wes then worked at Centura Health as the Director of support services from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they joined UCHealth as the Director of Pharmacy. Additionally, Wes served on the State of Colorado Board of Pharmacy from 2012 to 2021.

Wes Hunter completed their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at The Ohio State University in 1989. Wes then pursued a Pharmacy Residency at Albuquerque VAMC in 1990. In 1995, they obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Wes also completed Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Kent State University in 1985.
