Inci McGreal

Inci McGreal, P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as Project Lead and Project Development Engineer at PowerON Energy Solutions since April 2023. With extensive experience in engineering management, Inci instructs and administers capstone design and R&D projects at the University of Toronto's Electrical & Computer Engineering department while previously holding positions such as Project Engineer in automation at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories and Engineering Project Manager at Protect-IP Global Solutions Inc. Inci has also managed engineering programs at Canada Training Group, contributed to custom engineered equipment solutions at Schneider Electric, and played key roles in healthcare equipment planning and medical equipment project engineering at Equipment Planning Associates Limited and General Electric Canada, respectively. Inci holds multiple certificates from the University of Toronto, including Comprehensive Project Management and Business Analysis Essentials, alongside a BSc. in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Gazi University.
