Justin Burns

Justin Burns is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development, currently serving as the Lead Front End Software Engineer at PowerSchool since October 2023. Prior to this role, Justin worked at SchoolMessenger for eight years as a Senior Front End Software Engineer and also contributed as a Front End Software Engineer, playing a pivotal role in the creation of the 'MessageSender' web application. Justin's career began at Intel Corporation, where notable contributions were made to the AGP8X interface design. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, Justin has demonstrated expertise in various technologies including React, Redux, and TypeScript throughout a diverse range of companies.
