Sherica James

Sherica James has work experience in various roles and organizations. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Iyaho Social Services of NJ as a Habilitation Specialist/Program Coordinator. In this role, they maintained communication with the Department of Human Services, developed policies and procedures for different programs, and researched potential areas for treatment programs.

From 2018 to 2022, Sherica was an Executive Health Administration Graduate Student at the Jack Welch Management Institute.

Since 2020, Sherica has been working at Public Partnerships | PPL as an Operations Associate. Sherica'sresponsibilities include implementing processes and procedures, training new associates, and ensuring deliverables are met through metrics analysis and follow-up.

Sherica James obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University. Sherica attended Strayer University from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they earned a Paralegal Certification from Hofstra University in 2010, where they studied law. From 2005 to 2010, Sherica James attended Queens College and obtained an Associate's degree in Economics. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained a Data Analytics Basics for Everyone edX Verified Certificate from edX.
