Jamaal Phillips is currently the Sr. Director of Learning & Development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Jamaal has a background in instructional design and multimedia technology, with experience in leading learning and development teams in various organizations such as The Kraft Heinz Company, Prairie State College, and Praxair. Jamaal holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Education specializing in E-Learning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
