Franklin Chu

Franklin Chu has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Franklin began their career at Expert Wireless Solutions as a Senior RF Engineer. In 2006, they joined Telecom Wireless as a Senior RF Engineer, and then moved to Wireless Consulting Group in 2010, where they held the same role. In 2013, they worked for both MobileNet Services as an RF II and Glow Network as a 3G Performance Engineer. From 2014 to 2017, they worked for Idatalytics as an RF Performance Engineer and Gcorp International Inc. as a System Design Engineer and RF Engineer. In 2017, they also worked for Pramira as a Project Manager. Since 2018, they have been employed by Pramira as an RF II Engineer, RF Engineer, and RF Design Engineer. During their tenure at Pramira, they have been assigned to various projects, including T-Mobile Capacity Mitigation Projects in San Diego, North LA, and Columbia. In these roles, they have prepared RFDS, generated plumbing diagrams, prepared site justification packages, and generated RSRP plots and Best Server plots.

Franklin Chu has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Central Colleges of the Philippines and Electronics Technology/Technician from University of Santo Tomas. Franklin also has certifications including iBwave Design Level 1 Certified (2015), Antenna & RBS 2000 Subcontractor Training Program (1999) from Ericsson, Philippines, Mini-DXC (1999) from Ericsson, Philippines, and Wireless Local Loop Technology (1998) from Ericsson, Philippines.
