Molly Middleton

Molly Middleton has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Molly is currently an Associate Director of Recruiting at Praxent, a fintech product agency where they lead recruitment efforts. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Praxent. Molly also has experience working at Google as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they supported the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and organizing travel arrangements. Molly previously worked at Capital One as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, focusing on campus recruiting, and as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they managed candidate interviews and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, Molly has worked at Forest Park Medical Center as a Human Resources Generalist, where they supported the administration of HR policies and procedures, and as a Human Resources Assistant, where they provided general support to the HR department.

Molly Middleton has pursued their education in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Molly completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at The University of Texas at Dallas. Alongside their degree, Molly also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Oklahoma, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Molly has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
