Derek Will

Derek Will has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Derek'smost recent role was as a ServiceNow Developer at Precision Task Group, Inc. (PTG) since 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, Derek worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer, where they performed various duties such as ticket and customer management, weekly code migrations, and support using ServiceNow HI Service Portal.

In 2018, Derek worked as a UI Developer at CareWorks Technologies Ltd., contributing to the development of an intuitive user interface using HTML5 and JavaScript for a start-up called Tekainos.

From 2017 to 2018, Derek was a Jr. Web Developer Consultant at Workstate, honing their skills in web development.

In 2016, Derek worked as a Technical Analyst on a contract basis for Modis, where they assisted with email coding, user acceptance testing, and implementing customer experiences using Radial and Branding Brands CMS platforms.

In 2008, Derek worked as a Cardinal Health Field Service Technician on a contract basis for Adecco Engineering & IT, where they performed hooking up, testing, and maintaining hospital LVP pump systems.

Lastly, from 2007 to 2008, Derek worked as an Assistant Manager at Coshocton Theatres, Inc., overseeing daily operations and managing employees.

Derek Will has a comprehensive education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Derek started their education journey at South Webster High School, where they completed their high school education and received a Diploma in College Prep Courses in 2004.

After high school, Derek attended Shawnee State University from 2004 to 2005, majoring in Computer Engineering. However, they did not earn a degree in this field.

Derek then enrolled at Columbus State Community College in 2006, pursuing an Interactive Multimedia program. Although they attended the program from 2006 to 2007, they did not obtain a degree.

In 2016, Derek returned to Columbus State Community College, this time pursuing a field in Web Development. Derek successfully completed the program and earned an Associate's degree in Web Development in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Software Development during the same period.

Most recently, Derek pursued a Certification in ServiceNow Admin from ServiceNow, which they completed in 2021.
