Joel Dekock

Joel DeKock, PhD, has extensive experience in materials processing using laser technology, recycling of fly-ash by compositing with aluminum, ion exchange of rare earths, and working as a process engineer in foundries. Joel holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Engineering from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Technology Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Joel has held various positions in different companies and academic institutions, demonstrating a strong background in engineering and research.
