Natalie Weiß has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Natalie started their career as a Junior Editor at Sueddeutsche Zeitung before moving on to roles such as Teaching Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München and Junior Producer at ARD Studio New York City. Natalie then worked as a Freelancer and did an internship at Bayerischer Rundfunk.

In 2015, Natalie became a PR Manager at KONUX, where they later became the Head of Communications and eventually the Head of Marketing and Communications. Their responsibilities included leading marketing, communications, and PR efforts for the AI startup, including website relaunch, re-branding, and go-to-market strategy.

After their time at KONUX, Natalie joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2018 as an Enterprise Marketing Manager for DACH. Natalie eventually became the Head of EMEA Executive Audience Marketing, where they built and scaled the role, owned executive field marketing strategy, and secured budget for EMEA pilot programs. Natalie also led the planning and execution of multiple EMEA-wide enterprise marketing programs.

In 2023, Natalie worked at Beam as the Head of Marketing. In this role, they were recruited to lead marketing for the generative AI startup, where they built and led an international, cross-functional sales and marketing team. Natalie owned lead generation, product marketing, brand management, and overall GTM strategy while establishing scalable sales and marketing processes.

Natalie is currently the Head of Marketing at Predium, where they continue to leverage their skills and experience to drive marketing initiatives for the company.

Natalie Weiß holds a Master's Degree in M.Sc. International Politics from Trinity College Dublin, completed from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in North American Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, graduating from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they studied Canadian and US Politics and Literature at The University of British Columbia from 2012 to 2013.
