Nicole Fata-Rabideau

Nicole Fata-Rabideau, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in HR business partnering and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Preferred Hotels & Resorts since May 2018, Nicole previously held roles as a Senior HR Business Partner at LaSalle Investment Management, where management of the recruiting function for LaSalle Americas was a key responsibility. Earlier positions include Senior Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist at Preferred Hotels & Resorts and InterCall, respectively, where Nicole successfully managed human resource functions across diverse teams globally. With a BBA in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Certificate in Strategic Communications Management from UC Irvine, Nicole brings a strong educational foundation to support extensive HR experience, including campus recruiting and internal employee relations.
