Jyoti Narwal is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust career spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Lead Business Partner for Human Resource at Premas Biotech since February 2019, Jyoti has successfully aligned people strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement and development initiatives, and establishing a high-performance culture. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at Runsheng Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and MacRAE’S Blue Book, where Jyoti managed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning.
