Tom Nimmo

Tom Nimmo has extensive work experience in the mortgage and underwriting industry. Tom started their career in 2009 as a Mortgage Loan Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. During their time there, they consistently led monthly underwriting production and demonstrated excellent time management and organization skills. Tom also gained a robust understanding of company and industry guidelines.

In 2013, Tom joined Premia Relocation Mortgage as a Consumer Loan Underwriter and Mortgage Underwriter, specializing in VA, FHA, and Non-Conforming/Jumbo loans. Tom eventually became the Underwriting Manager and recently transitioned to the role of Vice President Underwriting.

Throughout their career, Tom has consistently demonstrated strong underwriting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex financial documents.

Tom Nimmo attended Saint John's University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
