Muhammad Sarwar Yakoob has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Muhammad Sarwar started their career as a Planning and Development Officer at Premier Group in January 2006. After that, they worked as an Assistant Manager Sales for a year before moving to the role of Assistant Manager Supply Chain for three years. In July 2012, they were promoted to the position of Deputy Manager Supply Chain, where they liaised with suppliers and analyzed logistical problems. From July 2015 to June 2017, they served as a Supply Chain Manager and was responsible for strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and customer services. Muhammad then progressed to the position of Head of Supply Chain Department, where they successfully managed supply chain operations worth PKR 56 billion and conducted initiatives resulting in cost reduction and process improvement. Additionally, they gained experience as a Management Trainee in Marketing at Omar Jibran Engineering Industries Ltd and as a Management Trainee in Brand Management at B.P. Industries (Pvt) Ltd.

Muhammad Sarwar Yakoob's education history includes several achievements and qualifications. In 1995 to 1999, they attended THE CITY SCHOOL where they completed their O levels and A levels, focusing on science and commerce. Following this, in 2001 to 2004, they pursued further education at the Institute of Business Administration, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in marketing. In 2011, Muhammad attended the Pakistan Institute of Management and obtained a diploma in supply chain management. In 2016, they participated in the Leadership Grid Workshop conducted by Grid International Inc. USA, emphasizing organizational leadership. Their education journey continued in 2018 when they took part in the Workshop on Winning Supply Chain Leadership conducted by Qayser Alam at the Institute of Business Administration, delving into logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
