Tabitha Brogdon

Tabitha Brogdon has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning various positions in human resources and organizational development. Tabitha is currently the Pastor and Founder of TuesdayLive with Tab eChurch, a Christian eChurch that aims to share the Gospel and love of Jesus through online services and community outreach. Prior to this, Tabitha was the Head of People at Prenda, where they were responsible for overseeing human resources. Tabitha also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at NexTraq, where they focused on staffing, professional development, employee relations, performance management, and corporate culture. Tabitha worked as a Senior HR Generalist (HR Business Partner) at Thales, leading various HR initiatives and overseeing training and development. Earlier in their career, they held positions at TOTO USA, 755 RESTAURANT CORP., Levy Restaurants, Hunt Sales Company, and AFC Enterprises Inc, all of which involved managing human resources and implementing policies and procedures. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated the ability to lead and support diverse teams, navigate through acquisitions and mergers, and drive HR strategy and execution.

Tabitha Brogdon holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Morris College, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. In 2001, they attained a Teacher's Training Certification degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from NMCC - IMAT. Additionally, they obtained a Ministerial license from NMCC - IMAT in 2011. Tabitha Brogdon expanded their education in recent years by completing various certifications from Transformation Academy. Tabitha became a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Happiness Life Coach, Certified Strategic Goals Success Life Coach, Certified Life Purpose Coach, and Certified Master Life Coach in the field of Organizational Leadership from 2021 to 2021. Furthermore, in 2018, Tabitha Brogdon was ordained as an Elder in Theology/Theological Studies from NMCC.
