Anita Sathyamurthy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management. Anita is currently the Global Head of Customer Success and Account Management at Preply. Prior to this, Anita held various roles at different companies.

At Women of Customer Success, they served as a member, actively contributing to the organization's mission. At Catalyst Software, Anita was invited to be a Customer Success Coach for the Catalyst Coaching Corner program, providing coaching sessions to aspiring and experienced customer success professionals.

Anita's extensive experience in customer success includes their role as VP of Customer Success at Salesforce, where they managed a team of Success Managers and developed the customer success strategy for the Enterprise Business Unit. Anita also served as a Customer Success Leader at VMware's CloudHealth division, leading a team responsible for customer growth and retention in the cloud services industry.

Before that, Anita held leadership positions at ServiceMax, where they were the VP of Customer Success, leading customer lifecycle management and overseeing the success and account management teams. Anita also served as the Global Director of Customer Success, responsible for sales strategies and operations for existing customers. Additionally, Anita worked as a Senior Customer Account Manager, proactively managing customer renewals and promoting customer value in ServiceMax's suite of products.

Anita's earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Co-ordinator at Pittsburgh Corning Corporation and Inside Sales at 3Com, UK.

With their extensive expertise in customer success and account management, Anita Sathyamurthy has made significant contributions to the companies they have worked for, driving customer growth, retention, and successful outcomes.

Anita Sathyamurthy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mount Carmel College.
