Paula Schneider is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and product development. Currently serving as a Food Scientist and Food Safety Manager at Pretzels, Inc. since September 2014, Paula previously held the role of Food Safety & Compliance Supervisor at Nestlé USA from August 2012 to September 2014. Earlier in Paula's career, a position as a Quality Engineer at General Mills involved ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance, while also contributing to the development of novel snacks. Paula's foundational education includes a Master's degree in Food Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Purdue University. Additional experience includes roles at Unilever and as a Graduate Student specializing in Food Chemistry.
