Director, Customer Success at Prevedere

Jessica Aloft has over 25 years of professional experience in customer success, operations, marketing communications, onboarding, and sales. Jessica began their career in 1994 as a Direct Sales Representative for Cal-Organic Farms / Bounty of the Valley, where they managed direct retail sales and maintained relationships with independent retail and restaurant customers. In 1996, they joined Veritable Vegetable, where they held two roles: Wholesale Buyer and Inside Sales Associate. Jessica was responsible for a $1+ million product line and conducted inside sales with 25+ established retailers, restaurants, and other wholesale accounts. In 1999, Jessica joined ZoomSystems as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, where they liaised with customers to accurately represent their products in Zoom Systems retail kiosks. In 2001, they became a Marketing Communications Analyst at Adaptec is now Microsemi, conducting surveys, focus groups, and 1-on-1 interviews with Directors and VP's making purchasing decisions about the company’s storage solutions. From 2002 to 2009, Jessica was a Grants Manager and Field Representative at Greenbelt Alliance, responsible for grants from over 40 foundations. Jessica then became a Principal at Aloft Executive Services from 2009 to 2015, before taking on the role of Operations Manager at The Success League. Most recently, Jessica has been a Client Services Manager at FoodLuma since 2017, developing trusted relationships with 50+ vendors and customers. Jessica is currently the Director of Customer Success at Prevedere Inc., a position they have held since 2022.

Jessica Aloft completed a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies, with High Honors, at the University of California, Berkeley between 1990 and 1994. Jessica then went on to obtain an MBA with Distinction in General Scholarship from Santa Clara University between 2000 and 2004. In March 2022, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager certification from The Success League.
