Carthey Van Dyke

Carthey Van Dyke currently serves as VP of Customer Success and Operations at PREZENTIUM and has held a variety of leadership roles in customer success across multiple companies, including Head of Partner Success and Director of Customer Success at Prezent. At Gryphon Networks, Carthey revamped processes for customer success teams while introducing a new cultural mindset aimed at reducing staff turnover. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Showpad, where leadership of a customer success team generated over $12M in annual recurring revenue, and successes at DocuSign and other organizations. Carthey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Idaho, earned between 2004 and 2008.
