Precious Jones, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Precious began their career at Equifax as a Performance Consultant/Trainer, where they conducted new-hire interviews and performed needs analyses. Precious then moved on to work as a Client Training Consultant at Convergys, utilizing project management methods to support clients during software conversion processes.

Jones then joined AlliedBarton Security Services as a Senior Instructor, responsible for facilitating training programs and serving as a Subject Matter Expert. Precious later became the Regional Training Director, leading a team and developing the regional training strategy.

After their time at AlliedBarton Security Services, Jones founded the JONES COLLABORATIVE GROUP, where they worked as the Chief Learning Officer, providing coaching, consulting, and training services to individuals and organizations. Precious focused on areas such as OD, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.

Jones then joined Mars as a Global L&D Business Partner, collaborating with Global Directors to deploy learning journeys and talent development strategies. Precious also served as the Training Operations Manager for functional areas and supported over 20 programs and 8,000 employees across different regions.

Following their time at Mars, Jones worked at Anthem, Inc. as a Learning Experience Manager, managing a team of Learning Experience Designers and ensuring the successful implementation of performance solutions for multiple lines of business.

Most recently, Jones has held roles at Tate & Lyle and Primient as the Director Corporate HR, Talent & Culture, and Sr. Director Corporate HR, Talent, Learning & Culture, respectively.

Overall, Jones has gained extensive experience in HR, talent development, learning, and culture, utilizing their project management skills and leadership expertise to drive organizational success.

Precious Jones, PMP completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, the individual attended the University of Washington without obtaining a degree.
