Ricardo Castaneda

Ricardo Castaneda is an experienced property and community manager with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a Community Manager at Princeton Properties since December 2018, Ricardo also holds dual roles as a Property Manager at Income Property Management Co. and Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp., where responsibilities include determining tenant eligibility and conducting resident screenings in compliance with HUD/Section 8 and other regulations.
