Nathan Clement has been in the software engineering industry since 2012. In 2012, they were an Intern to the House Majority Whip for Congressman Kevin McCarthy. In 2013, they were a Summer Extern via Zero Chaos and PRO Unlimited at Facebook, where they created several tools using Excel and Adobe that automatically convert raw Facebook Insights data into customized statistical reports. In 2014, they founded NJC Consulting. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed at LifePort, Inc. as a Web Application Software Architect, Full Stack Developer, and Senior Analyst. In 2020, they joined Printforia, Inc. as a Software Engineering Manager, where they led a team of Full Time and Contractor Engineers as they developed internal and external tools. Nathan was also responsible for Sprint Planning and Management, Architectural Design Review Coordination, Meeting Ownership, Continuous performance evaluation and feedback, and Access management for various tools.

Nathan Clement attended Harvard University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned an AB in Government and Psychology.
