Sabrina Blevins has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2013, they began their career as a Police Officer in the City of Dallas, where they served on the Crime Reduction Team and later transitioned to Patrol Operations. As a Police Officer, Sabrina responded to calls for service, deescalated violent situations, and enforced laws and ordinances. Additionally, they conducted high-risk surveillance, gathered intelligence on wanted persons and locations known for narcotics sales, and executed felony warrant service.

In 2019, Sabrina joined the City of Grand Prairie as a Domestic Crimes Detective. In this role, they investigated cases related to family violence assaults and sexual assaults. Sabrina was responsible for drafting high-level written communications, building rapport with survivors, conducting detailed interviews, and consulting with outside agencies and prosecutors. Sabrina also worked towards improving how the agency responds to reports of sexual assault to ensure equality and a voice for survivors of all backgrounds.

In 2023, Sabrina took on a role as a Freelance Trainer, developing various curriculums focused on trauma-informed response to sexual assault investigations and promoting inclusivity in adverse environments. Sabrina is dedicated to educating first responders and medical professionals to ensure survivors from all walks of life receive proper care and treatment.

Sabrina's most recent position is as the Director of Facilities, Safety & Security at Prism Health North Texas, starting in 2023. Further details on their responsibilities and accomplishments in this role are not provided.

Sabrina Blevins received their Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, graduating in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Henry Ford College, completing their studies in 2011.

Prism Health North Texas' mission is to advance the health of North Texas through education, research, prevention, and personalized integrated HIV care. Prism Health North Texas opened services in 1986 during the HIV/AIDS crisis in North Texas, through an initial grant by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Formed as AIDS Arms Network out of the Communities Foundation of Texas, PHNTX for the past 35 years has served the critical role of connecting people living with HIV to care and services in the area. PHNTX evolved to be a nationally recognized leader in delivering high-quality HIV and sexual health services, most recently expanding services to address the alarming rise in sexually transmitted infections in Dallas County and North Texas. Roughly 30% of people living with HIV in North Texas receive medical care and support at one of the four health centers. PHNTX is committed to providing healthcare for all North Texans in a non-judgmental and affirming environment. The organization strives to remove the barriers that prevent any individual from accessing quality healthcare. PHNTX stands for health equity, especially for marginalized populations including people living with HIV, LGBTQIA+, and ethnic minorities.
