Anurag Amal Saikia

Anurag Amal Saikia has a diverse range of work experience in customer success, support delivery, team leadership, and co-founding a mushroom cultivation firm. Anurag Amal is currently the Manager of Customer Success at Privafy since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Akamai Technologies as a Support Delivery Manager (Strategic Customer Success Leader - Finserv) from December 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they led the Customer Support Advocacy Project and team, handled support advocacy projects for high-value accounts, and acted as a trusted advisor for customers.

Before joining Akamai Technologies, Anurag worked at SonicWall Inc., where they held multiple roles. Anurag Amal served as a Team Lead (SME, L2 & Enterprise Network Security Support) from December 2017 to December 2019, and as an Enterprise Technical Support Analyst from July 2015 to December 2017.

Another notable experience in their career is their role as a Co-Founder at Chandramukhi Mushroom Firm, where they worked from November 2013 to May 2015. In this position, they cultivated and trained individuals from low-income backgrounds in low-cost mushroom cultivation techniques, taught the nutritional benefits of mushrooms, and raised awareness about different varieties of mushrooms.

Anurag also gained experience as an Enterprise Technical Support Senior Associate at Dell SonicWALL from February 2012 to August 2013, and as a Technical Support Representative at IBM from October 2009 to August 2011.

Anurag Amal Saikia has a diverse education history. Anurag Amal obtained a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), which they completed by 2023. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Bharath University from 2005 to 2009. Before entering university, they attended Delhi Public School - India in 2004 to 2005, where they focused on the field of study in Science and achieved the "AISSCE" degree.
