Email Marketing Specialist

We seek an experienced and creative E-mail Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, CRM automation, and data analysis. This role will involve developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive a customer engagement, retention, and sales.

Location: Tallinn office (Porto Franko, Laeva 1)

Key requirements:

• Develop and execute outreach, onboarding, and nurturing email campaigns targeting prospects and providers (media representatives).

• Create advanced filters in CRM, and manage data export and import.

• Edit and customize email templates using HTML/CSS.

• Clean and process data in Excel/Spreadsheets to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of email lists.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing efforts.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing within a product or e-commerce company.

• Proficiency in CRM automation (experience with Creatio is a plus).

• Extensive experience in Excel/Spreadsheets (scripting is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing and creating email templates.

• Ability to parse online data and a solid understanding of web technologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with А/B testing and email campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software.
• Understanding of GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
