Ricardo Chapa

Ricardo Chapa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Ricardo began their career in 1985 as the Vice President of International Operations at Jose Cuervo International, where they also served as the Finance Director of the International Division. During their tenure at Jose Cuervo, they managed the finances of the company's international operations and was a member of the Corporate Executive Committee and the Corporate Strategic Planning Committee. In 2003, Ricardo became the CFO of TEAM Integrated Engineering, a privately owned US Department of Defense contractor. Ricardo managed the overall finances of the company's operations. Ricardo then went on to establish their own financial management services firm, BextaR Financial Management Services, where they served as Principal from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS DON DURDEN INC as the Finance Manager before moving on to Procon Consulting in 2020, where they currently hold the position of Director of Finance. Ricardo's work experience showcases their expertise in finance and their ability to effectively manage the financial operations of various companies.

Ricardo Chapa pursued their education at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they completed a degree in Accounting from 1970 to 1974. Subsequently, they attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 1975 to 1978, and obtained their MBA with a specialization in International Finance.
