Karina Aguilar

Karina Aguilar is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Talent & Culture Director at Toledano since May 2025. Prior to this role, Karina was the HR Head for Bacardi overseeing the talent agenda across Panama, Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Venezuela from September 2019 to May 2025. With extensive experience in strategic HR partnership, Karina has held various positions, including Human Resources Director at Instituto Alberto Einstein Panamá and Human Resources Business Partner at adidas Group. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising, a Certified Professional Coach credential, and ongoing pursuit of an MBA in Human Resources and Talent Management.
