Luke Cattana has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Luke started their career at Spotless Group in 2012, where they served as a Catering Manager/Head Chef until 2015. After that, they joined Sodexo, where they held multiple roles including Relief Project Manager, Quality Assurance Technician, Deployment Manager - Food Platform, and Chef Manager. Luke worked at Sodexo from 2015 to 2023. Currently, Luke is working at Programmed as a Culinary Operations Lead, starting in September 2023.
