Shweta Kapadia

Shweta Kapadia is an experienced professional in the field of occupational therapy and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager in Interoperability at ELLKAY since April 2022 and as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist at Progressive Steps, LLC since August 2021. Shweta has a robust background, having previously held positions such as Director of Rehabilitation at TMC: Therapy Management Corporation, where leadership of a team of 15+ therapists was a highlight, and Program Manager/Senior Occupational Therapist at Genesis Rehab Services, focusing on operational management and the development of rehabilitation services. Additional experience includes owning a pediatric occupational therapy venture and working with organizations like the POSAT Foundation and Arusha Hospital. Shweta holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai.
