Senior Manager, Investments & Partnerships at Project Equity

Emily Bergstrom has a diverse work experience starting from 1998. Emily began working as a Salesperson at Hobbit Place Nursery and then moved on to work in plant care at Michigan State University. After that, Emily worked as Salesperson at Hyacinth House Greenery. Emily then served as a Fulbright Fellow at The Fulbright Program. Following this, they worked as a Research Assistant at McClurken Research. Later, Emily joined McMaster-Carr and held various roles including Marketing Analyst, Operations Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, International Sales Manager, and Product Manager. In 2019, they became the Managing Principal at Ostrom Capital Partners. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Investments & Partnerships at Project Equity, a nationwide non-profit organization.

Emily Bergstrom received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Emily later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Economics and Operations. Emily completed their MBA from 2009 to 2013.
