Travis Spaw, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they started their career at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance as a Physical Therapy Technician. During their time there, they managed the schedule of the Physical Therapist, taught patients exercises, aided in therapeutic care, verified approved visits with the insurance team, and ensured effective communication between doctors, therapists, and patients. Travis also assisted patients with braces and helped manage the EMR system. In 2015, Travis joined Centerstone as an SSVF Employment Specialist, where they worked until 2018. Travis then transitioned to Spero Dei Church, where they served as an Assistant Operations Manager from April 2018 to June 2019 and later became the Director of Operations from June 2019 to June 2021. Currently, Travis serves as the Director of Facilities and Human Capital at Project Play Therapy, LLC, a position they have held since June 2021.
