Bob Carneal IV

Bob Carneal IV is a highly experienced Program Analyst currently serving at Air Combat Command since June 2023. With a diverse background, Bob has been an Ambassador for Transitioning Veterans at Project Transition USA since 2014, focusing on helping military veterans secure civilian careers. Previous roles include Cyberspace Strategic Planner at ANALYGENCE, Senior Program Management Analyst, Cyber Futures at ICF, and various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, where Bob managed command and control operations and contributed to strategic planning and cyber operations. Bob holds a Master of Science in Space Operations from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
