Chloe Cochrane

Chloe Cochrane has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Chloe started their career at Arqiva in 2012, where they worked as a Resourcing Business Partner for three years. In 2015, Chloe joined Kier Group as a Resourcing Business Partner, before moving on to The AA in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition & Relationship Manager. Chloe then worked at Arqiva again in 2017 as a Talent Manager and later joined PepsiCo as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Chloe also served as the Group Talent Acquisition Lead at Arriva Group from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined DAZN as a Recruitment Manager EMEA and went on to work at Zendesk in the same role. Chloe joined Depop in 2020 as the Head of Talent before taking on the role of Head of People, Talent and Employer Branding at Prolific in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People & Talent at Prolific.
