Ronel Marbella has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ronel started their career at Deloitte Consulting in 1998 as a Consultant. The following year, they joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting as a Sr. Consultant. In 2004, they joined Prophix as a Sr. Consultant/Product Development, where they stayed until 2006 when they transitioned to Rogers Communications as the Sr. Manager, Emerging Business. In 2012, Ronel became a Principal at Innovatio Inc. and remained in that role until 2014 when they returned to Prophix as the Director, Solutions Engineering. Ronel later moved on to become the Director, Product Strategy in 2016 and recently took on the position of VP, Customer Experience, International in July 2022.

Ronel Marbella has an MBA degree in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they have a BASc degree in Electrical Engineering and Management Science from the University of Waterloo.
