Heather Davis has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Heather began their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Engineer at Edify. Heather then moved to Picis in 2005, where they held various roles such as Director of Product Strategy, Director of Initiative Champion, Director of Professional Services, Manager of Technical Project Leads, and Technical Project Lead. In 2019, they joined Nuance Communications as Senior Manager of Product Management for Computer Assisted Physician Documentation (CAPD) Applications. Most recently, Heather Davis joined Proscia in 2021 as Vice President of Professional Services and Support. In this role, they are responsible for setting the strategic direction for support and customer success operations, monitoring team performance and utilization, overseeing training and development programs, providing escalation leadership for significant incidents and problem management processes, leading operational analysis and measurement of critical service metrics and KPIs, and more.

Heather Davis obtained an Associate's Degree in Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1997. Heather then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution between 1991 and 1997. In 2018, they completed Project Manager Professional Training with Quality & Productivity Solutions, Inc. In 2016, they completed Insights for Innovation: Design & Healthcare with IDEO. In 1996, they obtained a Proficiency in Fiber Optics with Tbaytel.
