Bernard Guillelmon

Bernard Guillelmon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the railway and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Verwaltungsrat at PROSE and a member of the Board and Audit Committee at Lietuvos Geležinkeliai, Bernard has also been active as an entrepreneur, management consultant, and coach at Bridge The Gap since 2021. Previously, Bernard held the role of CEO at BLS AG, achieving significant growth in passenger and freight traffic, improving service quality, and reducing operational costs. Earlier positions include leadership roles at SBB, where Bernard managed operations, sales, capacity, and energy, and at BKW AG, overseeing energy planning and strategy. Bernard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Dipl. Ing ETH in Microtechnology from EPF Lausanne, complemented by a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
