Sarah Bateman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarah began their career as an Admin Work Placement at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where they gained experience in customer interaction and IT support. Sarah then worked as a Temporary Store Person at SL Clothing, where they demonstrated strong organizational skills and managed stock levels. Following that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant Placement at SPRINGBANK PRIMARY ACADEMY, honing their skills in classroom management and student support. After that, they joined WHSmith as a Post Office Counter Clerk and later became the Travel Specialist, gaining expertise in customer service, sales, and team management. Sarah then transitioned to a Sales Executive role at DF Sales Ltd, where they excelled in hitting sales targets and developing trade customer relationships. Sarah went on to work at On-Demand Supplies as a Customer Relations Executive, and at Floortex Global as an eCommerce Analyst and Sales Coordinator. More recently, they worked at Toolstation as a Store Supervisor, and currently, they are employed at ProWritingAid as a Customer Support Agent and Content Writer. Throughout their career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, while consistently delivering results.

Sarah Bateman attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing.
